PACE – Tax assessment – Must follow product guidelines for acceptability of Pace
Financed Solar – Copy of loan terms if not on credit report and must be resubordinated
Leased Solar – Must provide Lease agreement and complete solar questionnaire, Must request SOLAR endorsement on UW summary page 2 in title section. Does not need to be removed. Payment to be included in DTI
When the solar panels are owned, they may be given value by the appraiser. If they are leased or are PPA they may not be given value
